A career health industry veteran and UCLA Bruin, Radical Botanicals founder Danica Radulovich left her job in biomed to begin a career in sustainable wellness. Her new life mission is helping others cultivate lasting health as an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor and Yoga and Pilates teacher. Her time in biomed gave her an empirically-driven curiosity while awakening her to the preditory dark side of our western medical system, fueling her search for alternative solutions.
Dissatisfied with the efficacy of commercially available natural products, she developed her own. Using Ayurvedic techniques and years of studying herbs, she perfected luxurious remedies, her favorite being a daily massage oil. To help ease chronic pain and tension from teaching that began disrupting her sleep, she added CBD. It worked! She couldn’t wait to share it with friends as holiday gifts. And the recipients had the same reaction. Within days, friends of friends shared success stories wanting to buy some of their own “miracle balm.” It was helping people. So she dove head first, researching CBD and perfecting a natural and efficacious product, which has become The Balm.
